Client information and uploaded documents are used only to prepare, process and communicate about requested services. This may include names, contact details, company information, tax references, identity details and supporting documents.
Clients must only upload documents they are authorised to share. Live launch should use encrypted storage, access control and audit logs before collecting sensitive documents online.

By submitting an order, the client gives STG permission to use the supplied information to assist with the selected service, contact the client, request missing information and prepare relevant submissions or documents.
Payments, refunds and turnaround
Prices shown are service fees unless stated otherwise. Government or third-party fees may be separate. Turnaround times depend on client documents, third-party systems and official processing times. Refunds are reviewed based on work already completed and costs already incurred.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, lawful and complete information. Incorrect or missing information can delay the service or affect the result of an application.
